Great Manager & Assistance

<p>I needed platters urgently and didnt have cash on me, i requested to eft the cash and send the proof of payment through later. The Manager agreed, I asked them to ensure they deliver the platters before 12. They said i can place the order even though the POP wasnt sent yet to avoid delays. Unfortunately their system was down so they were unable to receive my email, none the less they trusted me enough to proceed with the order. I offered to print the proof of payment and send it through with the delivery guy and they were more thean pleased. I was moved by how their main concern was to ensure their client is happy even though they are a business, the issue of not having recieved the payment was not the most important thing to them. You cant help but be flattered when a business humbles themselve to you.!!</p>
