Falling apart sandwich and only getting your order 2 hours later

I placed an order at 9am and only got my order at 11am. The driver claims to have called when he got to my gate which he didn't do. I greeted the driver when he got here but rudely he did not respond. My sandwich is falling apart. This was the worst service ever. A cashier by the name Florinah Mothapo and a driver by the name Lebo
