DISGUSTING SERVICE

I am a regular customer at Sandwich Barron. I placed an order telephonically for Greek salad and potato salad. I specified that they should ensure that equal amounts of ingredients are used in the Greek salad as often times I have received salad which consisted of 90% lettuce. Upon delivery, the Greek salad was half its normal size. I complained to the owner who was completely intolerant and rude about the situation. She had an attitude and did not offer to rectify the situation and asked what \my problem was".<br> <br> I was highly disappointed about the service or rather lack of service received from a supposed \""owner\"".<br> The owner was extremely rude and has no concept of customer service. The salad was downsized and all I got was a \""what is your problem\"" as though I have not paid for the item. All I wanted as a patron was to receive my my money's worth but was given sub standard service instead.<br> <br> I did not expect this kind of treatment after being a patron for so many years and do not think that I will ever order from there again or any other sandwich barron for that matter.
