Disappointment in service and quality - Sandwich Baron Meyersdal

I'm very dissapointed in the service and the quality of the platters I received today from Sandwich Baron Meyersdal. Firstly my order was not delivered at the agreed time. After an hour I eventually had to send one of my colleagues to collect the platters. When my colleagues collected the platters, they didn't process the complete order. When I queried the extra platter, they quickly had to get a fruit platter together, which was basically half a platter when it was eventually delivered. To top it all off the chicken nuggets was so hard that we couldn't even bit through it. I have ordered from Sandwich Baron before and non of the service i receive from the other branches was this bad. I would normally not complain, however this time, I was suppose to be entertaining overseas clients and this service just put our company in a bad light.
