The Rivonia franchise is a pathetic branch. When you order, you can definitely expect something different to your order. IF you dare to order from here, rest assured that you will receive your order in 1,5 - 2.5 hours and it will be cold and inedible. BUT, if you dare to call them to find out where your order is, you will receive bad attitude from the lady who answers the phone and who cuts you off if you dare to complain. SHOCKING experience x 2. I let it go the first time because I thought they were having a bad day. This is the 2nd time - it won't happen again! I will order from someone who wants my money.
