Completely wrong order

<p>I ordered online and when I just received my delivery absolutely everything was wrong. My low gi bread was white and the berry and lemongrass ice teas were lemon and peach flavoured. After I sent a complaint e-mail the store calls me just to tell me that it is NOT trheir fault and that I should call them in future. Why do you offer an online platform if it makes such stupid mistakes and how much would it have taken from you to just apologise and bring me the correct order... This is horrific service! </p>
