Careful of Sandwich Baron Longmeadow

A colleague and I ordered from Sandwich Baron in Longmeadow and to be honest had a bad experience from the start. It started when my colleague was on the phone with some lady to put in a specific request. Said lady put my colleague on hold for 7 minutes, and started to make other calls in the background. When confronted, her excuse was that she \was trying to call her back\" but all the while she just put the phone down and continued to take other orders.<br> <br> Thereafter, we were already waiting for over 30minutes for our order to come, so we call them again and confirmed that we would like both orders sent together and inquired when they would be at our offices.<br> <br> When the driver arrived, he only had one order. He said he would go back to the store to pick up our other order. We called shortly thereafter, the same lady from earlier advised us that the driver left with the missing order and is on the way.<br> <br> After a while with no progress, she called to say there was no other order placed. So she **** when we called earlier, too. After TWO hours of placing the order, the driver returned with the order at the wrong building and just left the order at reception without any instruction. "
