Boy has service and quality taken a dive

If I could give negative stars, I would... Ordered a chicken Mayo Cheese and Avo sandwich today, my FAVOURITE sarmie, when it arrived, the chicken was 2/3rds of the usual amount (granted... the last time I ordered was months ago, so let that slide yet brought it to their attention). I called and spoke to Ashina (I'm assuming the owner) and advised that the avo was unripe, I sent it back. She then called me to say that she doesn't understand my complaint as the avo is soft... does she eat raw avo that does not taste like avo that is hard????? Calling a customer a ****???? WHY would I send my footling back after I had paid for it if the avo was ripe as she stated. I am disgusted at her lack of customer service. When I pay R82 for a sandwich I expect it to be of quality. Good bye sandwich baron.
