Been waiting 1 hour for a sandwich

Ordered online, order sent to Sandwich Baron Randburg. Tried calling 5 times 'line busy' been waiting for over an hour had to call store at 30 min wait to only find out that the sandwich hasn't left but was on the way out ... This is unacceptable and i will never use your store again. Could of called the police would of gotten here faster than your sandwich.
