BADAttitude - Getting it ALL Wrong

On 1July 2015 I placed an order with The Sandwich Baron Benoni at approx10:00 4a Directors Platter for a function on 4July 2015.Petunia requested that i come pay for the platter however i explained2her that i wouldnt be able2make it in time2her branch during the week due2working far.I explained i would collect the platter &pay cash,Petunia accepted this. On 3July i phoned2confirm the order &Petunia remembered my order and still noted that i would collect it.On4July i arrived @8:45am to collect the order only to be told by a Grumpy Rude man who i imagine is the owner... 'Oh we havnt done it becoz you didnt come pay for it'.After explaining the situation he did not care that we had a function or that we had phoned 2order on the Wed and confirmed on Fri, 2the extent that he cheekily turned around and said he is not interested.If payment was such an issue surely they cud have offered 4me 2pay via EFT.Only after some intervention from my husband did he agree to put a platter together.This caused unnecessary STRESS& I couldnt believe the BAD/RUDE attitude that we were faced with when trying 2do business.This is not only bad serv but gives S/Baron a BAD Name&Reputation.Very unprofesional.
