Bad Service Sandwich Baron

I am so disappointed I did not check reviews prior to ordering from Sandwich Baron in Hatfield ...service is pathetic - ordered 6 platters and a guy on a s****** delivered two platters at 12h00. Our break was at 12h30. He was going back for the other platters which meant he needed to drive back to their branch another two times, which was at least a half an hour's drive away. Our hosts of the event then decided (as they recommended them) to go and collect the balance of the platters. When they arrived to collect, this is after 12h30 they were still preparing the platters and was not ready for collection. The workshop needed to reconvene at 13h30 and the platters still did not arrive. Service Is pathetic. In the end they try to blame us because we chose to collect.............HUH............Marion
