BAD SERVICE (sandton)

<p>I ordered a sandwich at 11:50am told i will get it in 30-45min (standard time) only for it to come 1h30min later cold as hell (driver says its the kitchen) !!!! asked the driver to take it back called them and explained myself (they blame the driver) FLIP no one wants to take responsability ,and promises of another delivery were made ASAP i was told, called 30min after i made the first call ONLY to be told that no one knows anything about my order and if i still want my sandwich i should wait another 30min WOW 2 freaken hours for a sandwich. then the owner left me holding on to the line ( as if im calling with stones) this is not the first time theyve done this POOR service indeed, from the top of management to the bottom.</p>
