Bad Service from Sandwich Baron - Germiston

Not happy with the service we received from the Sandwich Baron in Germiston today. We placed out order online at 10:43 am, waited over an hour and i decided to phone at 11:20, when the lady answered she simply stated that they are busy and that they dont even have time to answer the phone and that our order will arrive some time today and slammed the phone down. She didnt even ask for my name or my number or what i ordered, Nothing! "Some time today"? What sort of an answer is that? I finally decided to phone back again at 12:45 pm an this is now 2 hours that we have been waiting. The phone rang for 7 minutes before it was answered, she finally asked for my name and put me on hold for another 5 minutes then told me ok the driver is on his way.

We finally received our food at 1:25pm - 2 HOURS AND 40 Minutes after we placed the order.

I find this unacceptable and wont be ordering from them again if this is the type of service we will be receiving.
