Bad Service

I've never in my life had such poor service from any place with such good food. We usually order from the Bedfordview branch, and every time delivery takes up to 2 hours and more. My workplace is 2km from the shop. I've ordered two sandwiches on Monday and still have not received it. I've emailed the store to query my order and up until now never had any reply. We love the food, but the service is so poor that I would never order from them again.
