Bad Service

I would just like to point out that the lady taking orders at reception is so rude. I placed an order I was still busy ordering, as I said I think that is all she just said ok bye and threw the phone down. <br> <br> I did not get confirmation of how much this will be, how long it will take or when it will arrive. She did not introduce herself, so I don't even know who I spoke to. <br> <br> I think this level of service is unacceptable and distasteful to be honest. I think it should be rectified. <br> <br> Really disappointed!<br>
