Bad delayed services

Order was place at 9:05 it is 10:54 and still have not received my order for 3 French loafs with Chicken mayo, cheese and avo with extra bacon. When I phoned to enquirer with Ormonde Sandwich Baron they are claiming they only received the order 10:36. This is unexceptable. I still don't have the food and manager is not assisting to get this done quickly. Making excuses why he can't push the order.
