BAD, BAD SERVICE

I placed an order at 07:50 this morning with Johan Van Rooyen of white toasted sandwitch with ham,egg and avo. After 08:30 the sandwitch was delivered to me which cost R25.50 I paid R40 and got R14 change. When I got to my desk I realised what was packaged is not what I ordered even though the receipt read otherwise. I then called Johan to notify him of the mistake, which he never apologised for and just said he will send the correct sandwitch, I waited and waited the correct sandwitch never came, At around 10:17 I called him about the order not arrived as I needed to take my tablets. He told me one of his delivery guys came and requested Rethabile who did not have a problem with her sandwitch. He did not apologise that I still did not receive my order instead he asked me what do I want him to do, which I found to be rude and inconsiderate, and very bad customer service. I would not but anything from that shop again. I requested full refund and its now 11:07 and nothing has not come. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FROM OWNER OF THE SHOP, I WONDER WHAT EXAMPLE HE IS SETTING FOR HIS EMPLOYEES. I always buy form them and very disappointed and wont be using their services.
