Bad bad bad service

<p>I placed an order online at +/- 08:20 this morning and needless to say more than 2 hours later it hasnt been delivered. i called the store about an hour ago ie an hour after ordering and they said the online orders were out on delivery. this is disgusting service and i want my money refunded back to me, today. Needless to say i have been calling them and they are not answering their phones. ALL OF THEM.</p>
