Bad attitude

<p>When phoning Sandwich Baron Isando, after telling the operator l would like to place an order for delivery, my request was met with a bad attitude. The arogant lady responding, asked if I wanted to place an order, after what l had said. Really. Did she think I was phoning to find out if she was having a good day? When she realised I was not finding her attitude charming, she handed the phone to the next lady with an even worse attitude. I cannot say they are incompetant. I think it is more a case where they think they are doing you a favour by taking your order. No wonder service delivery in South Africa is the way it is and deteriorating day by day and then we have people who would love having a job. Honestly disappointed. Needless to say, no order was placed as I won't support this behaviour. </p>
