Appalling service along with lies to cover up

<p>Sandwich Baron Menlyn has the worst delivery and online service. I placed an order at 08:00 this morning only to get the delivery man to deliver my food at 10:38!!!! That is almost 3 hours AFTER placing my order! Horrific! And then when I ask to speak to the manager, he is not available. I was given his cell number with no joy. All I get is the manager will contact you shortly.... The excuse given... traffic. For goodness sake, it is smack bang in the middle of school holidays. No one is at work due to most companies closing this time of year. HOW THE HELL CAN IT BE TRAFFIC????!!!!! I am yet to discover whether they will refund my money. Should they not, I will have to take this higher. This is not the first time they take their time in delivering my order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fed up with their ****py delivery service. This just takes the cake!</p>
