ANGRY CUSTOMER

<p>Hi.</p> <p>today i ordered 2 french bacon,cheese and avocado with 1 orange juice as sandwich baron lynwood Cnr Rubida & Rossouw St on the phone, i asked the lady do i have to repeat my order because she sounded a bit distracted and her answer was NO i got it and she repeated the order. the delivery guy brought 2 toasted bacon,cheese and avocado without the orange juice i called the branch 6 times to be exact and no one answered.</p> <p> </p> <p>1 hour later the lady calls screaming and shouting at me asking who is going to pay for the order, and i said that was not what i ordered for she continued screaming at me i had to drop the call on her. this is not the first time ladies from sandwich baron Lynwood do this the last time they did this with our CEO assistant who they told they dont work for her because of a small misunderstanding of plain or toasted bread.</p> <p> </p> <p>now sandwich baron i want to ask is this the way you guys train your employees? for them to call and harass customers beacause they fail to deliver what was ordered? further more i called to ask to speak to the manager than you can tell that it is the same lady she said iam the manager</p> <p> </p>
