An Hour to deliver a Salad

I ordered a salad and it has taken them more than an hour to deliver my food. You can not get hold of them and then they tell you that it is still at the premises and that when they have a driver they will send it. This is not the first time this has happened. I used to love their service but I will never buy from them in my life again. Worst service ever!
