Almost 2 hours for delivery!?
Order was placed at 13h04 pm with the branch at the Silver Creek Centre. The order arrived almost 2 hours later at 14h50. the Driver go "lost" and was "held up" at another delivery.
It cannot take 2 hours to make and deliver 3 Sandwiches and deliver it 3.8km away. I am appalled by the service and expect a refund, and formal apology from the manager in writing at the branch as this was truly the worst service for a delivery order I have EVER had!
