2 hour delivery and COLD food

Ordered at 12.30 online, paid, and had to call the store to make sure they received the order, which they did and i asked how long the food would take and i was told 1 hour, 1 hour why? well it took over 1 h and 30 mins to just get cold food, very disappointed
