2 hour delivery after order

I'm not exactly one to complain about deliveries being late from time to time, however this has happened more than a few times in the last few months. I am good supporter of the franchise and enjoy their food very much. However Delivery times have been longer than 1 hour very often which is unfortunately leaving me to rather seek other alternative delivery fast food chains. I'm not sure if there is a delivery man shortage within the business but I can believe this would turn away business from other potential clients.
