10 min away? But waited 58 min for cold ass sandwich?? Pathetic Melrose Branch!

Rude & extremely unprofessional service & behavior I received today from your Melrose branch ...Some lady who answered my calls was obviously having a bad day and took it out on me …. THE CUSTOMER… Shouting at me? Raising her voice while im trying to explain that my food arrived ice cold? And i am 10 min away from the branch?And when i say i am 10 min away , waiting for 58 min for food, , no way i wont be ****ed. 58 min for a sandwich ? then being disrespected??Not given a chance to speak? ... Then her saying " Ok whatever what now"..?? Unacceptable..
