1 Hour delivery time and half the order

So Today I ordered my lunch online and it only arrives 1 hour hour later, on arrival my drink wasn't included and the delivery man tells me to call the shop en let them know so they can get it delivered. I called Sandwich Baron and after explaining that they never delivered my drink she asked if I still want it? If I paid for it I want it! She asked me what type and I said a Coke. 40min a Coke ZERO arrives. Still getting the order wrong!!! Total delivery time was 1 hour and 40min!!!!!<br> <br> This isn't the 1st time this has happened last time I called them after delivery to explain the same situation and they said that they didn't have the drink I ordered so they just decided to deliver no drink at all.
