Complain

I was at the school today for a copy of my daughter's school report for June as I have lost the original. The school Principal started shouting at me and telling me that he can not be making copies for us since we are failing to pay school fees, n that he even operating with no electricity because of us. To my surprise because I do pay the school fees the balance remaining is even for this year n the year hasn't ended. I just kept quite n looked at him as he was very rude to me then I was told that he is not going to sign the report since "he angry" but in my head I was asking myself what gives him a right to think that he can shout at me like that as if he was shouting at his one of his kids. I really didn't appreciate the way he shouted at me I am not the cause of his problems that he facing at his school. That's was uncalled for him to shout at me. that's not the way to speak to people no matter how much you think you're bigger than them totally unacceptable
