Sandton DLTC is a joke. They are the rudest staff who have the least regard for customers. They openly tarnish the department they work for and always want to be right even when they are in the wrong. It's disrespectful and disgusting how they treat customers. Being offline is one thing. Being disrespectful and rude to everyone while they speak Ill of the department they work for instead of trying to fit or at least be helpful. Talking over people and suggesting they are fighting you when they are making a point is nonsense
