Terrible service

The service there is very poor, staff members talk to customers like they are mad people, went there today to check about my learners as it was coded otherwise when I booked a different code, and the paying point the 2 ladies and two gentlemen standing altogether were making fun of me telling I can’t see I must eat carrots, how disrespectful to other people when they are on a job. Management must do something with their employees and find people who really want work.very terrible I do not wish to go there again.Neliswa was one the ladies who gave attitude.I hope in future they learn that they work with people not animals.
