Terrible Service

Sandton DLTC is by far the worst testing station ever. There is zero professionalism and they abuse a lot of people especially foreign nationals ( I'm South African by the way), but the way they treat people is really disgusting, I'm ashamed to be a South African.

They eye test lady is the worst, she takes her time to attend to people and she doesn't even try to adjust the testing machine to your comfort, she doesn't care at all, her rudeness is appalling.

When you try calling them to get information ( ***) no ever answers. The whole staff needs URGENT customer care training.

The Securities/ guards are very helpful, their professionalism and friendliness is what kept me from losing my mind once I step into that DLTC.
