The one star is because I could not give zero.

My test date was on the 4th and booking expiry date was on the 4th, got there in time but was told that I will not be permitted to write. Why would the department list my expiry date on the day if the test when they know they won't allow you to pay on the date of expiry they have listed.

Staff is unwilling to help, told I cannot receive help because staff hasn't arrived, refused to let go for an eye test, wouldn't let me pay, basically I wasted my time.

The only time you'll receive assistance here is when you're offering to bribe, most horrible experience ever.
