Arrogant and totally out of order

I was driving trough a the shopping centre this morning and this arrogant woman claiming to be the owner told me and a few other cars (I presume) not to drive through her shopping centre.<br> <br> Well firstly it is public when it does not have access control.<br> Secondly if this is the owner then I would like to tell her that with that attitude no wonder half the shops are closed in the centre.<br> <br> Pathetic!<br>
