Bad Service and No Refund!!!

Booked accommodation with Hotels.com and was completely fused entry to this hotel and they don’t answer the phone and they don’t have reception. Please be warned. This place is a front for *****ing money from customers who don’t know Johannesburg.

My money was not refunded and still cannot get hold of anyone who works here or management. No one has apologized, no refund sent.

Not one **** was given.
