Firstly started off with great service. This was an obvious attempt to pretend they care when actually they would just like you to purchase a vehicle. I was unable to view the car on a certain date and was then requested to pay a R500 "refundable" deposit to ensure the vehicle was not sold before I had chance to view. When an alternate vehicle was purchased and the request to refund the deposit was sent through , that is where the true nature of this business came through. I was first told I would receive my refund at 9 the following Friday as this is when the owner does refunds only , no other time. When I followed up as to why the refund had not been done the following Friday I was informed the refund was not approved by the owner as he had to "take the vehicle off the floor". I appointed an attorney to assist who was informed the vehicle had been sent for roadworthy and that my deposit was used for this. It was only after a letter of demand was forwarded and the threat of legal action that my deposit was refunded , three weeks later than promised. I would strongly recommend staying away from doing any business with a company involved in such ********* behavior , spearheaded by an *********** and devious owner.
