Over Promise Under Deliver

Purchased a Ford Fiesta from this dishonest dealership. When arriving to take delivery of the vehicle, which was stalled for 2 days due to the car being serviced and valeted, I waited more than 2 hours while Dash ran around sorting out paper plates, etc. etc. When we were finally told that the vehicle was ready, we took the key to do a final check only to find the back board in the vehicle was not there, the headlights and brake lights and fan control wasn't working!! The FSH that was advertised with the car was still not available but Dash was "organising"?? A week after taking delivery, I finally had a back board (that doesn't even remotely fit into the car??) and the clutch went!! A month down the line, still waiting for the FSH that was advertised with the car.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP EVER!
