From Bad Customer Service to Car Breakdown to Lies

Worst experience ever. Do not buy from them. From the start the customer service was pathetic! No feedback is given and if you dont follow up, nothing is being done from the salesperson employed there. Promises where made to fix up the car which were not sorted out ever since until now, two months almost 3 months later.

We have been up and down taking the car back driving 104 km for each trip, as we get confirmation each time that the car is fixed and all problems have been sorted out until we get there..... After fetching the car the first time, we found that the car never left thier workshop, as the wheel was still flat an the car was not washed or i spected before me taking delivery together with the water bottle leaking out all the water as it was cracked and not sorted. We took the car back when they confirmed to sort it out and have the new water bottle ready... when collecting the vehicle again it left us with a breakdown, car overheating.... Because they FORGOT to connect the water bottle... still the grinding noise on the gearbox was not sorted and again found that the windscreen wipers are not even working... WONDER HOW IT PASSED THE ROADWORTHY TEST???????? With the se flat wheel... water leak.... no wipers...??? And now after the breakdown, the cars starts leaking a whole lot of oil!!!!!!!

Took back the vehicle again. To fix the same STRIP and WINDSCREEN VISOR... they promised at the sale as well... with the excuse they await the items and takes 4 to 8 weeks... nowong that 9weeks are already gone now??? To fix the oil leak, to fix the windacreen wipers, ro fix the grinding noise on gearbox. Eventually again we were notified on email that everythin was done, everything is fixed, after 6 fulle business days again without a vehicle. Went there to get the vehicle and took it for a tests drive... no way the vehicle was checked by the workshop manager!!! The wipers where wiping over the bonnet, my original badge on the wheel was missing, my battery cover was missing, the window strip ( suppose to be new strip) they just stuck a piece of double sided tap... ??? And again the grinding oise is still there, which the workshop manager confirmed on email Done Done Done Done. All lies, poor customer service!!!

No refund on all the fuel we travelled each day for a car not sorted out as they confirmed! We will take this further we promise! Only a R300 slip to put in the car... to make up the fuel that was in the car!!! This is unacceptable and unprofessional. This place is the worst way to go... not to mention all the other vehicles on their list... i really do feel for those customers, i guess they are also made promises and a whole lot of lies were told.
