First time experince

Disappointed in the service and lake of follow ups on information, also no regards of what is important with no respect to attend to a clients needs. Not answering calls and no response to emails. I still have my 6 months of law consumer act rights and they do not adhere to it or acknowledge my issue with the damage goods they have sold me and claimed to have been in working excellent order. I asked for proof on road worthy test certificate, also service history, also no stamp of approval for car been serviced before hand over and a list of repairs needed to be done, they claimed to take care of and were not seen to after a list was done. I went on trust on their word of exchanging information and also asked the manager for it to be black and white. Unfortunately i have put myself in a situation with people that do not care on the purpose of pursuing a righteous and fair business .
