DISGUSTING SERVICE !!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!! ***** !!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP !!! iv been going back and forth with this dealership since February 2020 when I purchased an AUDI A8 3.0TDI from them, to date the car is still in their possession getting "FIXED" or "REPAIRED" and every single time I have to run behind them to get feedback on what's happening with the vehicle, They break the vehicle and expect me to pay ??? and then look for all sorts of loop holes to blame the issue on me which clearly I have evidence and a letter provided by them stating that the issue was there and they would repair the vehicle. They also are a bunch of ***** and I have proof of them lying sending me a diagnostic report on WhatsApp which was pulled from google images!!! it has been more then 4 months iv been running behind this dealership!!!! I have emails, voice recordings as well as WhatsApp messages and call logs with this dealership as well as an OMBUDSMAN recommendation which was in my favor and still nothing... THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! During my encounter with them I have met numerous customers that are experiencing issues with this dealership ... I WOULD LIKE EVERYONE WHO HAS HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS DEALERSHIP TO CONTACT ME URGENTLY... THANKS
