Bad customer service

Sandton repo is bad dealership. Just stay away from them. Customer service is poor. I wanted to buy Hyndai veloster, finance was approved but problem is their car. It is over a week now they are struggling to fix the problems before even collecting it for the first time. Xoliswa was helping me, she keeps on saying they are fixing the sensor the whole week. when u need updates about the car she promised to get back to u but she never returns ur calls. Now she ignores calls and messages. There is no customer care. When u look for someone else to assist u, the guy called Joe answered the fone and he has bad attitude. He raised him voice while i was speaking to him and he dropped my call. Save ur money stay away from Santon Repo
