Double booking

We had a trip coming up and booked with Sandton Place in advance.

Drove all the way from Nelspruit, and as we were nearly in JHB received a call from the owner to inform us that he had double booked us and we have to find an alternative place to stay

He first said that he would refund us, then said we must look for another place to stay because he will not refund us.

Very rude and did not even try and apologise!
