Bad panelbeating and service

We had our car serviced at Sandton Panelbeaters and received such bad quality and service. Firstly, their operating hours are not very long and they were never there when they said they would be there. In addition to this, they painted our car the wrong colour and scratched our car lights in the process. The paint was so badly done and not even smoothed. It looks as if they did not even take the parts off before repairing it. Their quote was considerably lower than the other quotes we received, but now I know why. I would not trust them to repair our car again or to fix what they have already done. So now we have to pay double to get it fixed somewhere else. Worst part is that they are on the list of Audi's approved panelbeaters. Such bad service and we spent so much money correcting what was right in the first place. I would not trust them to correct which they have messed up.
