Worst place ever

Upon arrival there was no power on the upper level of the penthouse. Bed was poorly made and sheets weren’t ironed. No hdmi cable for the dstv, I had to plead with reception to let me take one from another empty apartment. 2 of which didn’t have them either. 4hours after arrival I finally found one and then came to find that the decoder doesn’t work. Wifi didn’t work either. Finally got someone to fix everything by the evening of my second night after threatening to go to the media. Reception Manager was horribly rude. Nespresso machine didn’t work either. Was a absolutely horrid experience.
