Non existent service poor service

no allocated parking as indicated, after each time I go out I returned to no parking. The finger scanner was not working upon arrival therefore we had the guards on duty open and close as we needed to enter and exit. I am still waiting for the managers number as I requested this Saturday morning as I was not getting assistance with the DSTV and the WIFI that was not working and the so called technician never pitched. I decided to go to the pools instead of being stuck indoors with none of the above but to my surprise the pool was closed and the excuses differed. First I was told it will be open tomorrow they were cleaning. To morrow came I was told there was an incident and they working on it should be ready later like 2-3 hours than I decided to go to the mall since nothing works there and was advised that the pool is closed cause they don’t want noise on weekend. Seriously if I knew I would not have booked here cause I could only use the bed it seems. Upon my return I was yelled at by a different guard on duty cause my finger was not scanned. No people skills, non existent service to date no feedback waste of my money
