Guest refused entry

During my stay at this establishment i was refused to have my guest (professional masseuse) because apparently there aren’t any guests allowed after 21:00 days after curfew changed to 23:00. I then asked the security staff on duty why he could not come in 1stly they laughed and then then tried to explain the situation away saying the. Person who checked me in was supposed to tell me!! Yet no one did!!there is no email no notice of a day old stating this !!whywas my guest refused??????? To top it all off just the previous night i had a visitor who came in at 23:00!!! I still had to pay for the massage in full even if he was refused entry!!!!this is unnecessary and i feel that you SANDTON EXECUTIVE SUITES HYDRO PARK will pay the R850.00 i lost due to your *********** staff!!!!
