Sandton Gas Services sent me an empty 9kg gas!

I am so disappointed and deeply hurt by the service I received from @Sandton gas (sandtongas.co.za) 😭 I ordered a refill for a 9kg cylinder gas for my heater and it normally last me the whole winter as I only put one bar during dinner. I used their gas from 20:00 and by 22:00 it stopped working😭 and I contacted the supplier about it - did he not go off on me telling me that it is all my fault or my heater's fault. Which one bar heater takes up a full 9kg with in 2 hours? Yhoo I'm so hurt shame never been this disappointed in my life!
