Good morning, I just contacted emabeleni Westpoint to ask about my reservation for December 23-26 the lady I found on the phone asked me to send my reservation screen shot I did and she said I must cancel because she doesn't have space for this dates and I made the reservation on the first week of the January 2025 , she said they only take serious people who paid upfront if u didn't pay or u not paying now then cancel my sister, is this how they treat their customers I'm so disappointed
