why do you pay consumers friend when i dont have an account with them

<p>I have always been so happy with you guys. debt counseling made my life easier. now i see that you have paid debt review payments to consumers friend who i do not owe money to. i have now lost thousands. why? sandton debt counseling really always had the best service but now i do not know anymore</p>

Consumer Friend is a company that handles Debt Review cases on behalf of credit providers like Truworths, RCS and Capfin, who you have accounts with.

Your statement from Hyphen PDA will say Consumer Friend but the money paid will reflect on a statement you may get from your credit providers.

This is just a cost-effective way for certain credit providers to deal with Debt Review as they will not have to employ extra staff to comply.

We have requested statements from your credit providers and will send them to you on Monday.
