Wow! As someone who was absolutely terrified of making this decision, (and feeling like a total failure for getting myself into this position in the first place), I cannot sing the praises of Jo and his team enough! I hate feeling like a number (and I wasn’t ready to talk about it on the phone yet), so I took a chance by sending an email as my first point of contact, explaining my predicament. Jo responded, and I immediately felt a sense of relief, not only because I knew I was doing the right thing, but that I’d made the right choice in going with SDC.
