vehicle being repossessed

On getting a call from mfc notifying me that they are in the process of repossessing our vehicle I was I shocked and they notified me that sanston dc has cancelled my debt review contract. I immediately phoned sandtondebtcouncelling where they notified me that this was due to non payment. I notified Boipelo that my banking details changed which I notified them about. I then checked no attempt was made on the original bank account to debit my account or for that matter the new one. I subsequently made a cash payment which I immediately sent proof of to Biopele . I left a message for him to phone me regardless to say I had to phone no communication. The only thing he was carrying on about is you are in arrears and the more I am telling him the one months payment was not debited to my creditors where is the money the more he insisted that I am in arrears. I lost it. Never the less I didn't get very far. Not can we try and sort it out ?. Your contract is cancelled. Whow!!! You can relax no more sleepless nights hello!! Shouldn't consultants have compassion and try and help instead if use such language (s..) I'm putting the phone down. Bad experience to say the least.
